Q&A: Fundamentals Business Track

This Q&A session will consist of 60 minutes of questions and discussion from the participants on the topics presented in the Fundamentals Business track of the Annual Conference, held the day prior. The session will be led by our moderator and expert faculty from the Fundamentals Business track panels on Tuesday, July 21.

There is a maximum capacity of 300 for the live session; a recording will be made available to all conference attendees. You can ask questions during the session or pre-submit questions here. We encourage all participants to join with their webcams enabled and come prepared to participate in discussion with colleagues in the field.

Emily Wilson is a senior associate with Becker & Lee LLP in Oakland, CA. She primarily practices employment-based immigration with a focus on PERM labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, adjustment of status, and nonimmigrant visa petitions. Ms. Wilson also represents clients in Immigration Court, including beneficiaries of employment-based petitions in removal proceedings and asylum applicants. Ms. Wilson is an active member of AILA’s Northern California chapter, serving as the CLE co-Director and past-NMD Coordinator.
