LOGIN & PROFILE

What is my login?

On your first attempt to log in to the virtual conference site, you should use the same AILA Agora Username and passcode you used to register for the conference.

If you changed your password but have forgotten it, please click here to reset your password. An email will be sent to you with further instructions. If it does not come through right away, be sure to check your junk folders. If you have more questions about login, please go to the AILA Login FAQs site for more questions and answers.

How do I update my conference profile?

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN box on the left side of the conference site.
  2. Select the CREATE/EDIT YOUR PROFILE button and follow the prompts.
  3. You will not see your own profile in the directory. Use the "View Public Profile" button on the Privacy Settings tab to see your profile.

ACCESS

How do I access the view directory?

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN box on the left side of the conference site.
  2. Select the ACCESS CONFERENCE DIRECTORY button and follow the prompts.
  3. You can scan the list or use the search feature to locate a specific attendees. Only those who have opted in will be included in the directory.

How do I access the sessions?

  1. Click the PROGRAM & SESSIONS link in the main menu.
  2. Navigate to the current date and time on the conference agenda.
  3. Click the VIEW SESSION tab to learn more about it and the speakers.
  4. Click the CONTENTS tab to view the session. Live sessions open 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  5. Recorded sessions can be accessed any time after the live conference ends.

Will I be able to view the recorded archive of the live conference sessions?

Yes. Live sessions will be recorded, and registrants will have access to them on this site until August 24, 2020. Recordings will be available to view starting on June 27th. The process will be similar to how you login for the live programs, but you will be able to view at your convenience. To access recordings

  1. Click the SESSIONS link in the main menu.
  2. Navigate to the current date and time on the conference agenda.
  3. Click the VIEW SESSION tab to learn more about it and the speakers.
  4. Click the CONTENTS tab to view the session. Live sessions open 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Recorded sessions will be available to view on June 27th.

Where will the recordings be located after August 24, 2020?

The recordings will be available on this site under SESSIONS link until August 24, 2020. After that time, the recordings will be available in your Agora Digital Library.

Is there a cost to view the recordings?

All sessions recordings are included in the conference registration fee so there is no additional cost.

Where are my conference handbooks?

Your electronic conference handbooks—Immigration Practice Pointers (2020–21 Ed.) and Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law (2020–21 Ed.)—are available as searchable PDF files in your Agora Digital Library.

How do I access the download in my Agora Digital Library?

  1. Log into your account at http://agora.aila.org
  2. Click on the green “My Digital Library” button at the top right
  3. Scroll to the Virtual Annual Conference image. Items are listed by date of purchase.

How do I participate in the Q&A Sessions?

  1. Click the NETWORKING & EVENTS link in the main menu.
  2. Click on Q&A Sessions to view the list of Q&A Session topics, dates/times and Zoom links.

Do I receive CLE credits for attending this conference?

For more information on how you can earn CLE credit, please click the CLE link in the main menu.

How do I fill out an evaluation?

All panel evaluations are available via AILA’s webEvaluation, located at https://ailawebcle.org/evaluation. webEvaluation allows attendees to fill out conference evaluations virtually, via an electronic device. Attendees will be sent the link to webEvaluation, and can access it via AILA’s CLE Center. To complete webEvaluation, attendees need access to a web browser and an Internet connection. Paper evaluations also will be available upon request. Please tell us what you think of your conference experience via webEvaluation! AILA program committees need your feedback about this year’s speakers and topics for future conference planning.

AILA Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct

AILA is committed to providing a professional and productive learning environment for all participants and staff. As a result, all participants are expected to follow all stated meeting and event instructions and guidelines in order to maintain an atmosphere of professionalism, mutual respect, and collegiality. AILA members in particular are expected to adhere to the principles set forth in AILA’s civility code. The guidelines herein apply to all AILA virtual, webcast and online programming including but not limited to AILA conferences, seminars, online courses and roundtables.

Participants who do not comply or are in violation of any of AILA’s virtual meeting guidelines may be denied further access and participation at the discretion of event organizers. AILA is not responsible for reimbursement or refund if you are denied access or participation due to violation of AILA’s Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct.
