Q&A: Building Resilience to Stress
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s no surprise! Amidst the health, social, and financial implications of COVID-19 to our families and practices, we are facing further elimination of legal options for our clients. And, while the anti-racist movement around the country hopefully will result in meaningful change, it also adds another layer of uncertainty and competes for our attention and emotional resources. Stress is inevitable but we can develop a resilient mindset that enables us to adapt and bounce back. We can learn to thrive in spite of difficult situations.
This Q&A session will begin with a short presentation and then open up to questions and discussion from the participants. There is a maximum capacity of 500 for the live session; a recording will be made available to all conference attendees. You can ask questions during the session or pre-submit questions here. We encourage all participants to join with their webcams enabled and come prepared to participate in discussion with colleagues in the field.
