Q&A: Advanced Business Track

This Q&A session will consist of 60 minutes of questions and discussion from the participants on the topics presented in the Advanced Business track of the Annual Conference, held the day prior. The session will be led by our moderator and expert faculty from the Advanced Business track panels on Tuesday, July 21.

There is a maximum capacity of 300 for the live session; a recording will be made available to all conference attendees. You can ask questions during the session or pre-submit questions here. We encourage all participants to join with their webcams enabled and come prepared to participate in discussion with colleagues in the field.

His practice involves strategic guidance and compliance management for multinational corporations with large-scale immigration programs and advising business and trade groups on the intersection of immigration policy, legislation, and trade issues. Vic serves on AILA’s Business Immigration Response Team and previously chaired its Business Immigration, CIS Ombudsman, and USCIS Transformation Liaison Committees. He is a member of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL) and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who Legal’s Corporate Immigration. He is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law.

He served as chair of the AILA New York Chapter and of the AILA Vermont Service Center Liaison Committee. He was formerly chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Immigration and Nationality Law and was chair of the Committee on Immigration and Nationality Law at the New York County Lawyers Association. He lectures and writes extensively on the subject of immigration and nationality law.

Ms. Tetzeli is a partner with Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli and Pratt, P.A. She practices in the areas of Immigration and Commercial Law. She has lectured and written articles on immigration law for the Florida Bar, Immigration Briefings, and AILA.  She is listed as one of the country's best lawyers in the publication "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of Immigration Law. She is also on in the "Super Lawyers" list for immigration law. Ms. Tetzeli is “AV” rated by her peers in Martindale Hubbell.
