The new ETA-9089 Application for Alien Employment Certification launched on the Department of Labor's FLAG system in June 2023. Since that time, what have we learned about completing the new ETA-9089? This free member roundtable serves primarily as a discussion and Q&A session for members interested in sharing what we’ve learned.

This is a follow-up to the late-breaking seminar hosted by AILA in July 2023, Navigating the Implementation of the New PERM Form ETA 9089 in FLAG, which is available as a free recording to AILA members and is recommended viewing in advance of this roundtable.
