Removing Negative Reviews from Google (Roundtable Recording)
This is a recording of an AILA University Video Roundtable free for members, hosted on Wednesday, November 3 at 1:00 pm Eastern.
In this session, Joy Hawkins will cover what law firms need to know about negative reviews they receive on Google. We will cover things such as how much consumers trust reviews online, how to get more reviews, what practices to avoid with reviews, what types of reviews Google is likely to remove, how to respond to a negative review, and how to report a review to Google.
AILA University Video Roundtables are free learning opportunities for AILA members provided via a weekly schedule of live video programming for members to come together from across the country and world to discuss hot topics and network with colleagues in the field. Video Roundtables are part of AILA University programming and each session is hosted by faculty selected for their expertise.
